Why is it that most of the men who feel the need to walk around shirtless in the summer are the ones with large and hairy guts?
Not that I think they shouldn't - to each their own and all that. But it usually seems the beer gut ones who like to strip it off and walk around like that. Does the stomach get to a certains tate of roundness that inspires a person to want to remove their shirt at every opportunity?

Alright, I've been working on some onesies for people who made requests, and here are pictures of the works in progress! I'll pass them along when I see you next!
( For Kitty's baby )
( For Zora's baby )
( For Raya's baby )
( For Kyle's baby )
And Travis! I have your Mr. T shirt!! Ready to go.
Also! Ladies coming to the FABULOUS party on Saturday night (and possibly Miles if he will don a dress and heels) - my place, 7pm.
So far the cocktail/mocktail request list is: - Fuzzy Navels - Cosmos (of course) - Shirley Temples - Pink lemonades - Long Island Iced Teas - Sex and the Beack mocktail
What else do you ladies and cross-dressers want?

I think a girly night is totally required!
Raya and I were talking about one a while ago. A fabulous party. That would be the theme. Fabulousness.
Which means the dress code would be: fabulous. Whatever that means to you. Your little black dress, or a kick-ass pair of boots, or daisy dukes and a cute top, or whatever makes you feel fabulous.
There would be cocktails of course - and mocktails for those who aren't of the drinky drinky sort for the next nine months.
And we're going to have cake in the shape of a shoe.
Who's in? Sorry, no boys allowed. Unless you wear heels and a dress. Then you can come!
And yes, underage allowed - but you can only have mocktails!
Oh I forgot.. when? Saturday. Where? I'll announce that when I see who's coming!

But you're a good guy.
And apparently have really impressive sperm.

What ho, is this the biological clock kicking in or something else entirely?
I do feel a bit jealous that Zora and Davis are both going to have babies... and right around the same time! Their kids will get to grow up together, cousins of the very same age - almost guarenteed to be tight, since they'll be living so close and see each other all the time.
And yeah, I'm jealous about that. That I'm not having one too. Which is weird. Because I had no desire to be forced pregnant. And I am super happy for them both and super excited to be an Aunt as well. Just a little bit jealous. Which Zora said was totally reasonable.
I just don't like it!
Gizmo is giving me that look, that "WTF, you have me you don't need anything else' look. Clearly he thinks I should be a cat lady. A cat lady of one because he'd try to sit on any competition, I'm sure.
Okay, it felt good to get that all out. I'm going to spoil those two kids and be an awesome Aunt.

Attention pregnant mamas, father-to-be, aunties and uncles and anyone else who wants to buy baby clothes for some reason:
I'm taking my first order. This round? Onesies, for those newborns.
I have a few samples glued in here but they're just ideas. I can do... a lot of designs. If you name it I can probably manage it unless it's really complicated.
Let me know what you want, how many, what colours, what design, and so forth.

So one time, when I was around twenty, on a trip down south with friends, I went dolphin watching.
You know, out on a boat with a bunch of people, watching dolphins? It was in a place where there were lots of dolphins.
This one guy who was on the boat, he was totally hungover.
Apparently he felt a bit sick - he leaned over the side of a boat... and barfed right on a dolphin.
True story.
And I don't know what reminded me of that.

Hi, you don't know me. I'm Bristol, one of Bryan's friends and co-workers.
I think we should get to know one another.

Just call me Auntie Bristol!!
I can't believe my brother has knocked someone up. Not something I really want to think about, the specifics, that is! But Raya's going to be a great Mom. And have an adorable baby, no doubt about it!
And soon enough I'll be an Auntie times two! Once Zora is 'with child' as well. Which she may be right now and just doesn't know it!
That's sort of weird to think about, you know.
I am hard at work designing adorable baby clothes, and soon enough I will be showing some more and taking commissions for all you baby mamas out there... and for anyone else who just likes baby clothes. They make great gifts! Well, for people with babies. Otherwise they make gifts that make people look funny at you and go "Are you trying to tell me I look fat?!" Which you probably don't want to do to someone.
In conclusion: Auntie Bristol is awesome, baby clothes are adorable, and implying someone is fat is not a good idea.

The announcement of the first preggers lady makes me want to paste in a picture of one of the things I've been working on in my 'baby line'.
Yes, I know they won't be able to wear this one until they're a toddler. But I couldn't resist a little fairy rock'n'roll.

I'm so dorkily excited.
Why, you might ask?
Because the Old Spice Guy has a new commercial.
I love that dude. First of all, he's hot. Those abs? Hello. And second of all, the first commercial was hilarious. I love the "and now I'm on a horse" ending. So random. The new one's not AS good, but it's still pretty hilarious.

So talking to Raya made me think of this...
Why on Earth does the Booty Pop exist?
If you don't know what the Booty Pop is, it's basically underwear with a padded butt sewn in. So when you wear it, under your clothes, it looks like you have an extra curvy butt.
Basically, it's like padding your bra, except it's your ass.
Now I can see that being okay if you're like Hank Hill and have no ass. But otherwise...
Although it might make sitting on hard chairs comfy.
Also, why are they making a Titanic 2?? And who would name their boat Titanic 2? That's just asking for trouble!

Okay. Put bows on your dog. Even little sweaters if you must (but really, why? they have fur coats for a reason!).
But this is just ridiculous.

I can't believe a dog would sit still for that dye job.
Gizmo would scratch someone's eyes out. And their kidneys.

I love the 80s, I really do. The fashion, the music, the movies, the television and cartoons -there was just something about the 80s that was so unlike everything else.
Yes, I love the fashion. The neon, the oversized shirts, the boxiness, the big hair, the fearlessness of the style. And I love the 80s revival that's been happening. 80s but all toned down a bit.
However there is one fashion trend from the 80s that was bad then, and is still bad now.
Acid wash jeans. No. Just no, no, no. It doesn't matter if they're baggy, slouchy, or skinny. Acid wash is a no. It didn't look good then, it doesn't look good now.
This is brought to you by the fact that I was doing a nostalgia post on my blog this morning.
Does anyone else remember the jeans with the lock on the zipper? And how many girls had bathroom emergencies after losing their keys?
